Just Terrible

Haven't done anything since Wednesday.  Feeling disgusting and tired.

Update

Likely no changes since last measurements.  Weight usually fluctuates between 133 and 128.

Over the weekend, got some fresh air with friends, but ate immediately after.
St. Patrick's Day was candy, Italian, and beer.

Today (so far)
Breakfast: oatmeal, peanut butter, apple, chai tea with milk
Lunch: celery, peanut butter, string cheese, hummus and cheese tortilla
Snacks: tall coffee with milk, string cheese, granola with milk

STILL HUNGRY

Will work out tonight...at least from 7:30-9 but can't choose intensity, so workout may be worthless.
